Casa della Campana

Private vacation homes

A few steps from the golden and fine sand, Casa della Campana was born on the family land from the idea of make more beautiful what was already there. The vocation for hospitality began in the 1950s with grandparents Santa and Giuseppe and over time it became more and more popular. Pierino Campana has built today’s house by combining originality with Romagna genuineness enriched by the professionalism that distinguishes us.

Dedicated to tourist hospitality, for decades Casa della Campana has been welcoming people and families who want to spend beautiful moments of vacation breathing the sea air. Our greatest desire is to offer an environment in which people can feel good and enjoy the sacred moment of the holiday, with the loved ones or alone. Over the years we still have the desire to make things more beautiful than they are, with renewed enthusiasm and the pleasure of welcoming you!

We love and respect the Earth and the Sea

Respect for Nature is also a family tradition, a tradition of people capable of experiencing the cycle of the seasons integrated with the land and the sea. Natural resources must be recognized, understood and respected for a good collaboration in the dance of giving and receiving.

Over the years this attention to sustainability has also been expressed with structural and managerial choices towards the house. Thus, the green slate roof was one of the first to host the installation of photovoltaic and solar thermal panels. The houses are lit with LED technology bulbs and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling ventilation blades, instead of air conditioning, for greater comfort .

The flow of water from the taps is optimized by jet breakers which help to disperse less while maintaining ease of use. Besides, in addition to the separate collection of household waste, there is the possibility to add fruit and vegetable waste to our composting: doing this, our garden flowers will grow even more beautiful!
