Our apartments
All our apartments are independent, furnished and equipped with kitchen and private outdoor space. A graceful portico surrounds the central garden and takes you to the entrance of your accommodation. The garden, the greenery and the porches of the house give the image of a relaxing and shady place while remaining a stone’s throw from the sea.
Sustainability
Over the years this attention to sustainability has also been expressed with structural and management choices towards the house.

San Mauro Mare
San Mauro Mare is a small town on the Romagna Riviera where a warm sandy beach, its neat streets and two well-kept green parks guarantee a daily life of smiles and tranquility. It is entirely dedicated to tourism and offers everything you want for a comfortable and carefree holidays. All shops, ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants are within walking distance in a short time as part of a walk. The beach is perfectly organized with supervised bathing and the soft seabed makes our waters safe, especially for children. The beaches are well maintained and well managed and it is possible to rent deck chairs and umbrellas. The center of the village and the road to reach the beach from the house are limited traffic, ideal for moving peacefully.

From San Mauro Mare you can easily reach the unique beauties of Romagna. The whole territory is full of wonderful places to visit: valleys and parks of the Apennines, historical centers and museums rich in culture, villages and fortresses steeped in history. Everywhere you’ll meet tables full of food and wine excellences and local craft shops.
Beautiful cities such as Rimini and especially Ravenna, can be easily reached by public transport. Travel to distant northern Italian cities such as Bologna can be made by train from the train station in the neighboring town (3 km, bus connection). The hinterland is ideal for bike tours and day trips.
Follow what fascinates you and enjoy special experiences wandering around, try to get lost and let yourself be carried by the streets, be surprised by the gentle sunsets in the hills and the always unique sunrises by the sea.
